3ds agoThe Newark Police Department is searching for a man accused of burglarizing a Dollar General store.
The incident happened on April 18 at the store located at 420 Springfield Ave.
Police say that it was around 1 a.m. when the suspect tried to access the rear door of the store, but then left. They say he came back around 2 a.m. and stole several boxes of merchandise.
The suspect is described as a Black man who was wearing a red hoodie, black jeans, a white T-shirt around his face and a black cap with a red logo.
